Consultation Process
ReimageMD provides physician consultation and clinical evaluation for individuals exploring non-surgical injection procedures and biologic options. Our practice is based in Newport Beach, California and serves patients throughout Southern California, as well as individuals traveling from other regions.
The consultation process is designed to help patients understand their options through careful medical evaluation, patient education, and informed discussion.
Step 1 — Consultation & Medical History Review
Your visit begins with a comprehensive physician consultation. During this evaluation, we review your medical history, current concerns, prior treatments, imaging when available, and functional goals.
This process helps determine whether certain procedures may be appropriate to discuss based on your individual clinical circumstances.
Step 2 — Discussion of Options
Your physician will review potential options that may be relevant to your situation. These discussions may include conventional injection therapies, platelet-rich plasma (PRP) procedures, hyaluronic acid injections, corticosteroid injections, and other biologic procedures when clinically appropriate.
Potential risks, benefits, limitations, and reasonable alternatives are also discussed so patients can make informed decisions about their care.
Step 3 — Procedure (When Appropriate)
If a procedure is selected, it is performed within an appropriate clinical setting under physician supervision.
Image-guided techniques, including ultrasound guidance, may be used when clinically indicated to assist with precision and evaluation.
Step 4 — Follow-Up
Follow-up recommendations are tailored to each individual. Your physician may recommend reassessment, monitoring, or additional visits depending on the clinical situation and treatment plan.
