Our Physicians
At ReimageMD, patient care is structured around physician evaluation and procedural experience.
All providers on our team are trained in the evaluation and performance of non-surgical procedures. Each patient is evaluated by a physician prior to treatment, and recommendations are based on individual clinical considerations.
What differentiates our model is the range of clinical backgrounds involved in care. Our physicians bring experience from surgery, interventional pain, internal medicine, and critical care—allowing for a more comprehensive and structured approach to both evaluation and procedural decision-making.
Physician Team
Dr. Darren L. Bergey
Spine & Orthopedic Surgery
Dr. Bergey is a board-certified spine and orthopedic surgeon with over 20 years of experience in the evaluation and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions.
He completed fellowship training at the Cedars-Sinai Institute for Spinal Disorders and has experience in both surgical and non-surgical treatment pathways. At ReimageMD, he evaluates patients with spine and joint concerns and performs non-surgical procedures.
Dr. Loc Nguyen
Anesthesiology & Interventional Pain Medicine
Dr. Nguyen is a board-certified physician specializing in anesthesiology and interventional pain management.
He performs precision-based, image-guided procedures and provides structured evaluation within an appropriate clinical setting. His background supports procedural planning, monitoring, and safety.
Dr. Abraham Frech
General Surgery
Dr. Frech is a board-certified surgeon with a background in minimally invasive and trauma surgery.
At ReimageMD, he performs procedures and contributes to patient evaluation with a focus on procedural appropriateness, safety, and clinical decision-making. His training includes academic affiliation with Harvard Medical School.
Dr. M. Al-Sadek
Internal Medicine
Dr. Al-Sadek is an internal medicine physician with research training at Johns Hopkins University.
He performs procedures and supports patient evaluation, particularly for individuals with broader or chronic medical considerations.
Dr. Shadi Kranitz
Pediatric Hematology & Oncology
Dr. Kranitz has over 20 years of clinical experience and a background in complex medical care.
At ReimageMD, she performs procedures and contributes to individualized patient evaluation, particularly for patients with more complex medical histories.
Dr. David N. Pham
Pulmonary & Critical Care Medicine
Dr. Pham has over 30 years of experience in pulmonary and critical care medicine.
He performs procedures and supports evaluation of patients with more complex or higher-risk medical profiles. He received his medical degree from the University of Maryland School of Medicine.
